Refunds & cancellations

Scope

These rules apply to professional engagements offered by Cloudaianalyticspro—statutory financial statement audits, internal control reviews, agreed-upon procedures, and first-year audit readiness. They do not cover products we do not sell (software licenses, physical goods, or subscription packages).

Engagement letters control

When a signed engagement letter exists, its fee, deposit, and termination clauses prevail over this page if there is a conflict. This page explains our usual practice for website visitors and early-stage inquiries.

Deposits

A planning deposit (typically 30% of the quoted fee) is due on acceptance. The deposit reserves fieldwork dates and covers planning hours already incurred.

Cancellation by the client

• Before planning begins — If you cancel in writing before we start planning procedures and before any on-site or substantive work, we refund the deposit in full within 14 business days.
• After planning begins — We retain a portion of the deposit equal to hours already worked at the quoted rates, plus non-recoverable third-party costs (for example, confirmation fees already paid). Any unused remainder is refunded within 14 business days.
• After fieldwork starts — Fees for work performed are due; deposits are applied to that balance. No full refund is available once substantive testing or on-site procedures have begun.

Cancellation by Cloudaianalyticspro

If we must withdraw for independence, conflict, or inability to obtain required information, we invoice only for work properly performed and refund any unearned deposit within 14 business days.

Rescheduling

You may request one reschedule of fieldwork with at least ten business days’ notice at no extra fee, subject to our calendar. Shorter notice may incur a rescheduling charge reflecting idle staff time already allocated, disclosed before confirmation.

No-shows

If key client contacts are unavailable on agreed fieldwork dates without timely notice, time held may be billed and deposits applied. A new date requires a fresh schedule agreement.

Work already started & materials

Draft reports, working papers, and schedules prepared for your engagement remain subject to professional confidentiality and are not “returned goods.” Fees for work performed are non-refundable. We do not purchase materials for clients as a retail activity; any third-party confirmation or courier costs advanced on your behalf are billed at cost and are non-refundable once incurred.

Partial refunds

Where an engagement is narrowed by written change order before completion, unused fees for cancelled procedures may be partially refunded or credited toward a revised scope, as stated in the change order.

Refund method & timing

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method when possible, or by bank transfer to the account you nominate in writing. Processing typically completes within 14 business days after approval; bank posting times may add several days.

How to request a refund or cancel

Email [email protected] with your company name, engagement reference (if any), and reason. You may also call +88655989655. We confirm receipt within two business days and state any amounts retained for work performed.

Exceptions

Statutory cooling-off rights that apply under Taiwanese law to certain consumer contracts will be honored where they apply. Business-to-business audit engagements are generally governed by the engagement letter and professional standards rather than retail return policies.
