Fees
How we price audit and review work
Fees follow scope—number of entities, readiness of schedules, locations for fieldwork, and whether the year is a first audit. The figures below are guidance, not a cart.
| Engagement | Basis | Indicative range |
|---|---|---|
| Statutory financial statement audit | Quoted after scoping; hours + travel | From NT$180,000 |
| Internal control review (single process) | Fixed fee after workshop | From NT$75,000 |
| Agreed-upon procedures | Per agreed procedure set | From NT$45,000 |
| First-year audit readiness | Fixed fee by ledger complexity | NT$60,000–NT$120,000 |
What moves a quote up or down. Multi-location inventory counts, significant related-party volume, incomplete prior-year files, and group consolidations increase hours. Clean reconciliations, early bank authorizations, and a dedicated client contact usually reduce them.
Deposits and billing
Accepted engagements typically require a planning deposit of 30% against the quoted fee, with the balance due on draft report delivery. Travel outside Yunlin County is billed at cost with prior notice.
What we do not sell
We do not offer subscription packages, software licenses, or bundled “unlimited advisory” retainers. If you need recurring monthly bookkeeping, we will refer you to a bookkeeper rather than blur independence.
