We review independence, industry conflicts, and whether your reporting timeline is realistic. If we cannot accept, we say so early—before you rearrange your close calendar.
Process
A clear sequence so your finance team knows when documents are due, when fieldwork lands on-site, and when the closing meeting happens.
We review independence, industry conflicts, and whether your reporting timeline is realistic. If we cannot accept, we say so early—before you rearrange your close calendar.
The letter names the financial statements, reporting framework, responsibilities of management and the auditor, fee basis, and the expected report window. Work does not start without written acceptance.
Materiality, significant risks, and a tailored request list come first. We schedule inventory observations, bank confirmation authorizations, and interviews with process owners.
Teams test controls where useful, perform substantive procedures on material balances, and log open items daily. Your designated contact receives a short status note each fieldwork week.
Outstanding queries are cleared with supporting documents. Draft financial statement comments and the draft opinion go to the finance lead before board circulation.
We meet those charged with governance to walk through the opinion, uncorrected differences, and management-letter points. A follow-up call within thirty days is included on statutory audits.
Browse scoped engagements or send a short note with your year-end date and reporting needs.
